While spending two days in the Beaujolais region for an event named "Les Rendez Vous Beaujolais", we found the time to make a visit to Jean Foillard, a vigneron and winemaker who along with a few others in the area did a lot for changing the way consumers see Beaujolais : an artisan vigneron who does not use any designer yeasts nor sulphur and whose wines offer a striking complexity.

I saw Estelle bringing back her horse (named Amourette) after a day in the parcels, she had parked her trailer van in front of Les Capriades (she was working for Pascal and Moses for a few days), there was a piece of fallow land on the other side of the road where the black Perceron could graze, rest and sleep until the following day.
